Customer Response Technician for CBUL

Reporting to: County District Manager 

Liaising with: Client Stakeholders/ O&M team / Civils Team

Hours of work: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Hampshire

Key Competencies           

  • Full UK Driving license

  • Experience in;

    • High Pressure Water Jetting

    • Confined Spaces

    • First Aid

  • NRSWA unit 2 Signing, Lighting and Guarding.

Role Purpose

Operation and Maintain of the Southern Water Sewerage network, responding as a Lone Worker first. Respond to any related blockages and customer issues regarding the public sewer network and its maintenance.

Role Summary

  • High Pressure Jetter Van Pack Operative response to blockages and maintenance.

  • Customer and Client liaison.

  • Incident Reporting and escalation with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Look See Push Rod CCTV surveys and reporting.

  • MS Windows based digital sewer incident reporting.

  • Confined Space entry and Safe Practices

  • Responsible for a proactive approach to SHEQ/H&S/ POWRA Risk Assessments and carrying out works in a safe and Productive manner

  • Driving of company vehicles/Valid driving Licence for role applied for.

  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post
