Essential Qualifications
Educated to degree level in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent qualification. Candidates without this level of education may be considered if they can demonstrate suitable work experience.
Full Driving License

Professional Qualification such as MICE, MCIOB, MRICS, RIBA or APMP
Role Purpose
As a Bid Writer, you will work under the supervision of a Bid Manager and will assist them in developing a proposal structure. The role also requires reviewing and editing previously written content where necessary, working with other bid team members to produce written bid responses and presentation collateral in line with deadlines. The role will involve writing content for use in the bid, and also presentations and all supporting documentation, ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach.
Role Summary
You will plan the bid response and deliver submission documents in line with the requirements of each tender and in keeping with the Browne brand. You will be enthusiastic, passionate, and ambitious and able to quickly encapsulate our company culture in the submission content that you prepare. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience as a bid writer and will be able to demonstrate content for successful bids ranging in value from £5m to £20m. You will also be required to carry out any other duties appropriate to this post
