Browne Launches Graduate Programme with a Resounding Success

This month we celebrate a momentous milestone as we proudly launched our first-ever Graduate Programme. The launch was marked by an eventful Graduate Induction Week held at our Enfield head office. We welcomed in our first cohort of talented and promising individuals who represent the future of Browne.

Meet the Graduates

The Browne family expanded as we welcomed six new professionals. Among them are our Graduate Civil Engineers: Faizaan Mehmood, Jenkins Entee, and Zakaria Ali, who bring their passion and technical acumen to the team. Adding a touch of precision to the group are our Graduate Quantity Surveyors, Juliana Balogun and Sophie Tansley. And lastly, Alessio Lettieri, our Graduate Bid Writer, is ready to lend his creative flair to Browne's future endeavours.

Induction Week: Paving the Path to Success

The induction immersed our graduates in Browne's operations and culture. It was a crucial first step in their journey towards becoming integral members of our team.

To set the stage for their success, the graduates embarked on a comprehensive training programme, including participation in our renowned Aligned Browne Culture (ABC) Programme. Facilitated by Karl Edwards from eviL culture, this training session delved deep into the values and principles that form the bedrock of Browne's identity—integrity, innovation, safety, and collaboration.

But the induction wasn't solely about classroom learning. It was a holistic experience giving our graduates a well-rounded understanding of Browne's ethos. They had the privilege of meeting their mentors, who’ll accompany them on their professional journey at Browne, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

The Induction Week not only introduced our graduates to Browne but also to each other, as they took part in the Water Network Challenge and registered as STEM ambassadors. Throughout the week, they grew into a close-knit group. Faizaan aptly summed it up, stating,

The induction week helped me understand each individual’s role in the company, as well as getting to know the other graduates better
— Faizaan
I got a real feel for the culture at Browne, and it was great to learn about all the initiatives I can take part in beyond my career to help me become a well-rounded professional
— Alessio

It’s great to see Browne’s collaborative spirit is already emerging in our new starters!

Looking Forward

As Browne embarks on this exciting journey with our first Graduate Programme, we’re filled with pride and optimism for the future. Our graduates are the next leaders of Browne, and their passion, dedication, and fresh perspectives will undoubtedly shape the company's ongoing success.

Stay tuned as we witness the remarkable contributions and achievements our graduates will undoubtedly make as Browne continues to move from strength to strength.
