We have an exciting opportunity to bring a Training Coordinator into a fantastic team at J Browne Construction where you will continue to promote the J Browne brand. This role is based at our Head Office in Enfield and supports our water utility contracts in and around north, east and west of London.

What you should expect in your role?
Reporting into the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for sourcing and organising internal and external training programmes to meet specific training needs to address competency gaps across the company.
You will update and maintain accurate employee training records in accordance with the training matrices using the relevant HR Training database, as well as producing relevant reports for Line Managers providing accurate information regarding competency expiries and refresher training where required/ needed.
Your working hours will be 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm.
Your opinion is valued in improving our records/activities and in the development of new systems and procedures to improve performance and efficiency.
