Vacancy for SHE Manager - Enisca Browne

We have an exciting opportunity to bring a SHE Manager to join our joint venture with a fantastic team at Enisca Browne, where you will continue to promote the Enisca Browne brand.  This role is based in Snodland, Kent and will involve travel around the South East of England, supporting the Health & Safety Department for our Utility Construction activities that we carry out across the London area.

What you should expect in your role?

You will report into the Framework Manager and your role will involve the monitoring, review and update of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with the requirements of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. You will lead the implementation of initiatives for the improvement of health, safety and environment in the Company and liaise with external bodies, including the Health and Safety Executive, Clients and other stakeholders.

Your opinion is valued in improving our systems and procedures to enhance performance and efficiency.

To provide great service in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Health and Safety Manager
  • Experience in the Construction and/or Utilities Industry
  • NEBOSH Certification
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
  • Good planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
