We are delighted to announce that Ceara Lavey has joined the J Browne Group as Head of Customer Service. As a major provider of water services to companies such as Affinity Water, Southern Water, South East Water and Thames Water, we wish to strengthen our customer service offering to ensure that we are delivering an excellent service for our clients and their customers.
Ceara will be responsible for delivering industry leading customer service and identifying ongoing opportunities for J Browne to improve and maintain the position of customer focused utilities service providers. She will make customer service a core value for the company and drive a transformation in customer service, replicating the change in attitude to H&S over the last 15 years.
Before joining J Browne, Ceara worked in the Water Utilities practice at Accenture. Whilst there Ceara was responsible for leading many customer service improvement programmes and implementing large scale change initiatives at major UK water clients.
Ceara is committed to partnering with our clients to deliver leading customer service in field operations and create an environment where our teams can work together as one to achieve ongoing improvement in this area.
