Gas

We have been working within the gas sector for over thirty years with a bias in recent years towards working on above ground installations (AGI’s) on the transmission network.

We have recently worked on pressure reducing stations (PRS’s) at Dunstall Green, Redditch and Southall for National Grid Transmission Gas. The latter being an extensive civil engineering project worth £900k.

The Network Operations Manager for the Dunstall Green scheme complimented our team for completing the work “in an exemplary manner resulting in a very high standard of workmanship that positively reflects the skill, care and experience of all those involved”.

Since 2003 we have held a framework agreement for Minor Civil Engineering in North London for National Grid Gas and regularly carry out small civil engineering projects for them.

We recently worked on a project at Hainault for National Grid Gas which involved a major excavation with a full modular trench support system to enable National Grid Gas’ own operatives to repair a damaged medium pressure gas main.

We employee a number of personnel with Gas Network Safety Passports, GD/GNO and SCO qualifications.

We have worked for Exoteric Gas Solutions on projects at Battersea and Twickenham.

We also continue to supply resource to Scotia Gas Networks in the South East.
